After years of working for insurance companies, owning an insurance agency and working to provide technology solutions to insurers, it was evident to us that the insurance industry rarely delivered the experience we wanted as agents and consumers. As we talked to insurance companies and agents, customer experience was at the top of every company’s list, but the right strategies were rarely prioritized and implemented. We set out to provide insurance companies with the digital tools they need to deliver the experience agents and consumers want.

Senior Software Engineer
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for the full stack development of user interface components and services used to deliver a mission critical customer engagement platform. The engineer will work with established and cutting edge technologies including microservices, serverless architectures, AWS Services and javascript frameworks, and machine learning.

The Software Engineer will be responsible for the full stack development of user interface components and services used to deliver a mission critical customer engagement platform. Front-End Engineer
The Front-End Software Engineer will be responsible for the user interface used to deliver a mission critical customer engagement platform. They will demonstrate mastery in one or more of these technologies and will have experience in highly available and scalable enterprise systems. The engineer will collaborate with product management, other engineers and peers.
